Donlar Construction places safety above all else. This is why, in 2019, Donlar Construction applied to join the CHASE (Construction Health And Safety Excellence) Program. The program is a partnership between Minnesota OSHA & AGC of MN, and is designed to recognize AGC Member Contractors for their safety programs. Members adhere to a set of guidelines that is designed to decrease injuries on site, recognize their commitment to safety, and promote open lines of communication between MNOSHA and the construction industry. Donlar Construction was accepted to the program in August of 2019, and is proud to be a level one member of the CHASE Partnership.
Since being accepted into the program, we have implemented numerous changes to our procedures and policies and our employees are showing that everyday. While we are proud of our level one status in the CHASE Partnership, Donlar’s team will never stop striving for safety excellence. Level two is the next step in the CHASE Partnership, and we will pursue the next level eagerly throughout the coming year.
