Toppan Merrill Office and Warehouse Addition

As CMAR, Donlar managed the expansion of Toppan Merrill’s Sartell facility. The project consisted of a 56,000 sqft warehouse addition to the north side of the existing building and a 13,000 sqft office building to the south.
