Salvation Army Harbor Light Center 2nd & 3rd Floor Remodel

Donlar performed the demo and rebuild of 2nd and 3rd floor of the Harbor Light Center including architectural, mechanical, and electrical components.  There were some minor demo and rebuild on the 1st floor. Donlar provided demolition, concrete, rough and finish carpentry, Division 9 protective panel system, and Division 10 specialties. Second Floor: 16 housing rooms had 60 beds, the third floor had 20 housing rooms with 51 beds. Work included restroom/shower rooms for each side of both floors, laundry (resident on 2nd & 3rd, commercial on 3rd), case manager offices, common spaces, recreational spaces and additional programming space.
