Donlar provided CM@r services including Preconstruction for the project which consisted of a two-story assisted living wing addition. The work included kitchen and dining rooms, gathering areas, and community rooms. Remodeling included renovation and upgrades to the cafeteria, bookstore and changes to client rooms changing them from multiple into single residence rooms.
Construction progressed in the midst of an occupied facility with public accessing the facility throughout the project. Safety was key especially in remodeling within the occupied building. The work was done in areas that were well contained, all safety precautions taken, and performed throughout multiple areas and phases.
