Minnesota Governor’s Residence Renovation

Facility improvements including elevator extension to the 2^nd and 3^rd floors, kitchen upgrades, involving an exhaust hood and new ductwork through the upper 3 floors, bathroom renovations and exterior site improvements. The security office was remodeled and modifications made to the security system.  The final phase of work involved reconstruction of the perimeter fence bringing it up to code while honoring its historic character.
