Donlar provided general contracting services to complete the Emergency Vehicle Operators Course. Work included clearing and grubbing of 40 acres, a 270,000 square foot bituminous and post-tensioned concrete skid pan, 4.25 miles of bituminous and concrete roadway, and high mast Cobra-head roadway lighting. The course is designed for any agency preparing their responders through training and real life scenarios.
