Mechanical & Electrical Upgrades to the 16 floor building consisted of upgrading the primary mechanical, plumbing, low-voltage and electrical systems throughout the building. The project also included the removal of existing systems such as electrical panels, emergency generator, fire pumps and air handling units, including large mechanical units on the 17th floor and rooftop.
The 625 Building North Entry Renovation was performed in response to moisture intrusion into the lower level. The renovation included replacement of existing plaza waterproofing systems, granite masonry cladding and paving, curtain wall and entry systems, structural repair of supporting steel framing, and installation of new drainage systems.
