As CM at Risk, Donlar performed additions and remodelings to multiple departments within CentraCare Health Plaza, as well as including site work around the facility. The clinic remained operational throughout construction requiring careful coordination with clinic staff to safely execute construction around clinic activities.
Donlar’s work was comprehensive throughout the facility. Through six phases of construction, Donlar managed three additions to the Coborn Cancer Center and remodeled that entire department.
The addition and renovation of the Women’s, Children’s and Imaging unit included two additions and remodeling of the entire wing.
Other remodeled departments included the Breast Center, Internal Medicine, Behavioral Health/Marketing and GI Clinic were also renovated.
