Webster Elementary School FY2015 Conversion to K5-3 Prototype

The school was gutted, remodeled and retrofitted to convert and upgrade the facility to a K5-3 Prototype. New mechanical and electrical systems were installed with a new elevator and skylight. Outside Donlar remodeled and replaced the sidewalks and asphalt with new landscaping. The project was completed under an extremely tight deadline, having been delayed 7 weeks by a pending building permit. Donlar completed Phase 1 on time for the building to be used in the fall. Phase 2 remains on track to be completed on schedule.
