Eich Motor Company needed a new facility to accommodate their Volkswagen dealership. The adjacent property was developed to incorporate sales floor space, offices, parts and service departments. The design meets the exacting standards set forth by Volkswagen while addressing the unique needs of Eich Motors and their restricted urban site. Donlar Construction worked with the owner to monitor costs and project schedule to meet their expectations.
