Donlar Construction Company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager/Estimator to join our team in our Saint Cloud, MN office. Donlar is a mid-size commercial general contractor specializing in healthcare, educational and institutional projects and self-performs carpentry, concrete and demolition trade categories.

Applicants are required to have a minimum of either a four-year construction-related degree and three years of project management/estimating experience or ten years of construction experience, with at least three years of project management/estimating experience. Experience with similar project types and self-performed work is preferred.

Experience with scheduling, project management and estimating software is a plus.
